Losing Weight + Podcasting: samesame (AND prizes!!!)

People are always astounded when they find out I have created a podcast and have never missed a week.

The HOW behind never missing a week? Same HOW behind losing weight for the last time.

1. Believing I can even without any evidence from the past that I actually can.

2. Asking for help (lots of it!!) shout out to my clients, Cody + Meredith (love you, mean it!).

3. Doing it when I don't want to because my WHY is bigger than my laziness.

4. Being willing to put it out there in it's perfectly imperfect form!

5. Putting it at the top of the list.

6. Feeling like ass and doing it anyway.

7. Being willing to figure it out no matter what: iterating

8. Having hard conversations.

9. Willingness to look like a failure and to fail.

10. Have fun along the way.
