capital J - jealous!

Not gonna lie. I used to get so J.

Especially of skinny effing bitches. I would literally cry about it.

I would sob to my hubs in jealousy and complain that it was just so unfair and why me and blah effing blah blah.

I rarely, if ever, feel jealous any more. So freeing.

One of the first ways out of J life is to gently massage your jealousy into inspiration.

Maybe instead of being so dang J we could just use other people as what is possible for us.

As inspiration for what we can create too if we want to.

So let's practice.

I am going to share with you some of the before and afters from our recent Yummy Mummy Experience Graduates. Use this as fuel that you can have this too.

On graduation day we celebrated (pssst I am still celebrating you - you all CRUSHED IT!!!!!) all the weight we had lost and then played the "who were you BEFORE the YMX and who are you AFTER the YMX Game", here is what some of the yum mums said:

before -----> after

confused ------> clear

being everything to everyone -----> doing things for myself first

lost + unhappy ----> so confident

black + white life ----> full technicolor life

gave a ton of f*cks ----> gives no effs

played role of the victim ----> plays the role of empowerment and responsibility

avoidant -----> living life fully

Can I get a woop woop!??!?! Yes for the hundreds of pounds lost but also for the awesome role models they have become!?!?

So, remember I put this here for you to pick up and place in your heart. These are little seeds of inspo from which you get to plant.

I place this here not for you to be so J but for you to start to believe it is possible for you too.

So which After do you want? Which do you choose? It is yours for the taking.

Help me celebrate all these mamas for becoming a totally fabulous version of themselves, losing weight for the last time and blazing the trail for more and more mamas to come!

When you celebrate them, you make it possible for you too!

And remember when you feel jealous in your body it is simply a signal to shift towards feeling inspired instead. You get to be at your dream weight too. You do.

Have the Best day Ever,

Laura
