Hey you!
Maybe I shouldn't admit this.... BUT I do NOT weigh what I want to weigh right now.
I am a pound or two over the high end of the range I like to be at to feel my absolute best.
You might be like: "oooooof, yeah maybe she shouldn't admit this... isn't she supposed to be a weight loss coach?!!?"
Here is the deal tho:
This is like totally NOT a big deal.
There is NO drama.
It is actually so wild to witness the lack of drama. (this is the best example of how I KNOW I am healed from diet drama and am now free from food forever!!)
If this had been 8 years ago, I would have been hiding in my closet with green juices galore canceling all of my plans telling myself "omg I better hurry up and lose it so I can be worthy of __________!!!!"
Instead I am all like "omg I love myself and I love my body and I can want to lose this weight from a clean, healthy place AND have fun doing it!" I don't make these few pounds mean anything other than this is a lifelong enjoyable practice (that I GET to have the privilege of practicing) and I know exactly what to do.
Of course I could keep this to myself.
I could just lose this weight and not tell anyone.
But there is nothing to hide here.
This isn't shameful.
This is just me being a human, human- ing in the world.
This has nothing to do with my level of expertise or my ability to get myself or my clients off-the-charts results! It has nothing to do with my value or worth or good enoughness as a human or a coach or a wife or a woman.
I know exactly why I weigh what I weigh right now (hellllloooooo extra red wine -it really is that simple!!)
AND I know exactly what to do to release the weight I would no longer like to carry.
