Have you heard of a FAT FIB?

No?

Makes sense since I made it up.

This is where we unearth a lie or a fib we are telling ourselves that is keeping us fat. Get it!!!??? ​

I used to tell myself (here comes the fat fib....) that if I didn’t workout for 90 minutes a day I’d get fat.

Not only was this just plain not true....

This FIB actually ****kept**** me fat.

It led to overeating, unnecessary pressure, letting myself off the hook, over-hunger, adrenal fatigue and no fun. All of which kept me fat.

What FAT FIB are you telling yourself?


Maybe that you have to eat breakfast even if you are not hungry?
That you have to eat the ______________ to be polite?

That you have to eat LOW FAT or LOW CARB to lose weight?

Disclaimer: fat is not bad. Fat just is. However, if you DO want to lose weight for the last time (also totes okay if you don’t) then we must uncover FAT FIBS.

One of my faves from my client was “I’m gonna die if I don’t eat right now”.

Find one fat fib inside your brain now! Finding the fat fibs "outs" the fat fib and gives it a lot less power!!!
We can then be onto ourselves and the lies we tell ourselves!
