What to do if you Have Overindulged!

Tell me if you can resonate with this:

Big, fun weekend.

A lot of drinks. Even more food.

Feeling like mild ass now that it is Sunday. Not totally horrible. But not your radiant self. Promising to yourself (yet again) that come tomorrow you are going to eat extra light and clean this week.

And so the endless cycle continues.

The one where we over indulge all weekend and then spend all week cleaning it up.

Sound familiar?

It only took me close to 20 years to realize that this is quite literally the definition of insanity.

Doing the exact same thing over and over again yet expecting a different result.

I promise you there is another way.

It is called sanity. It is called weighing your dream come true weight permantely.

One small step at a time.

So this Set It Up Sunday here is the one small call to action -- can we simply eat 3 normal meals per day? Just a nice, normal sized amount of food? All 7 days?

Set it up and let's go!
