Here is an example and I bet you can relate....
Meggie B has 512 things on her to do list and one of the things was to make herself a 3 minute salad for lunch.
Susie Q has 512 things on her to do list and one of the things was to make herself a 3 minute salad for lunch.
Meggie B accidentally CHOOSES (at least until she reads this post) to think "this is too much" about her to do list.
Susie Q CHOOSES think "This is a lot but I got this, I am a fucking rockstar badass cool mom, it will all get done eventually" about her to do list.
Meggie B feels OVERWHELMED.
Susie Q feels EMPOWERED.
Meggie B then throws in the towel, scrolls on instagram, and eats her kids grilled cheese bc it is all just too much to make herself the 3 minutes salad she planned for herself.
Susie Q gets going on her to do list and when she is hungry eats the 3 minute salad she planned for herself.
Guess who gets to their dream weight?
