Letting "it" Be...
Instead of letting "it" go, try letting "it" be.
"Letting it go" insinuates we have to DO something.
"Letting it be" takes another "to do" out of the equation.
Notice the difference in your body when you let "it" be.
Doesn't it just feel better? Less controlling, less to DO, less to solve for?
When we let "it" be whether that is our kids or our partner or the crazy drivers we are a lot less likely to feel stress, anxiety and all fired up.
And when we are less of those things we have less feelings that we need to use food to solve for.
How much fun is that?!?!
