My clients often tell me they don't know how to plan. That they don't know what to eat. They say they get so busy and they just grab something and that something is usually not healthy. They think that planning is a huge project. A big time suck.

My brain used to tell me all of these things too.

But what if none of this was true?

What if you knew exactly what to do and how to do it?

What if it only took 5 minutes a day?

It is totally possible.

This week your Set It Up Suggestion is to execute "The 5 Minute Eating Plan".

  1. every night plan exactly what you are going to eat the next day.

  2. the next day eat only that.

  3. THE MOST IMPORTANT PART. For the first few days you will not want to stick to this. Have your urge jar ready to go! (more on that on a recent FB live - warning I get really wild in this one - here - if you can't view make sure you are a part of the group)

This is my eating plan that I did last night to set me up for today:

What I will eat:

9am: coffee with cream and MCT oil

12pm: scrambled eggs with cheese and spinach and mushrooms

4pm: 1/2 apple with peanut butter

6:30pm: beer can chicken, poblano peppers and corn on the grill

This took me less than 5 minutes and will support me in one of the biggest goals I have for myself this year.

I have my urge jar ready for 3pm when my brain might suggest some bean chips as my daughter snacks away at them.
