But, Why?

What is the one thing you want more than anything?

Like if you got this thing or achieved this thing it would almost feel like everything is complete?

Do you know why you don’t already have it?

It could be because you don’t have a HARD WHY. Your reasons for wanting the thing just aren’t compelling enough.

I really want to have a 7-figure life and weight loss coaching practice.

Everyday I write down WHY.

It can be the same WHY as yesterday as long as it is super compelling. I can also change it if it needs a little more pep.

As long as it is compelling enough to motivate me to do what my calendar says I am meant to be doing and not sit on the couch and scroll. So yes, SUPER COMPELLING.

I recently found another compelling reason to add to my HARD WHY.

I heard this notion on a podcast *What if our daughters and granddaughters were dumbfounded by the fact that we spent years and years of our lives dieting?*

Kind of like how many of us view smoking!?!?

I WANT THAT!

I want our kids to think we were CRAZY for having spent all this time and energy on dieting!!!

So I am on a mission to create it through coaching one mom at a time to heal her relationship with her body and food. To create the legacy on purpose around body image and food so that she passes down to her kids what she actually wants to pass down to her kids. To STOP the sick cycle of diet mentality.

I have dozens of other reasons too. But right now this is the most compelling.

What is your why today? I really want to hear! Tell me!!
