The Best Of Series | How to Set a Goal

This is your one-stop shop for setting a goal for the new year - especially if you want to crush that goal. If you are someone who has been turned off by words like "goal" or "resolution" but you still want to create amazing things in your life - this episode is for you! This will help you if you want to lose weight for the last time! The easy steps I promised are right here:

- Write down everything that you want and pepper in things that you want that you already have (create from an abundance mindset!)

- Pick one big thing from your list for your 2024 goal. Only one. Trust me!

- Write down your reasons as to why you want to achieve this goal, you have to make this juicy! Like really juicy! Go for 20! They have to move you, compel you, light you up!

- Write down exactly what you will do and not to do get there! This is your plan! You can change it if it’s not working - but only once a month - go all in on what your plan is for at least a month!

- Write your goal down every day, write a “why” that lights you up every day and then write anything you need to do on that day to get you there! Remember to put these in the first person, present tense with a deadline. (I am going to start calling these *alive-lines*!)
