Self-Care gets thrown around from meme to meme on the daily. But what is REAL self-care? How do you start practicing it without it becoming just another "to-do"? How do you do it so you can feel how you want to feel? 

In this episode, I get into the nitty gritty around why we should swap the social media version of self care to REAL self-care and how to go about doing it in a way that feels easy! 

We must practice REAL self-care as a part of our weight loss journey if what we want is to lose weight for the last time, because sometimes we trade REAL self care for in a quick hit from the sour patch kid which leaves us without the result we want in the long run. When we practice REAL self-care we fill our cups up so that we don't need the artificial bs to pretend to fill them. This is one of the big keys to permanent weight loss. Happy listening!
