Boundaries is a HOT tippity TOPIC! But what IS a boundary in the first place? Do you need to set one (or a few)?

In this ep I help you get SUPER clear about what a boundary actually is and IS NOT and how to set one if you want to. I also talk through the discomfort that can arise and how to handle it!

We must know why and when to set boundaries if we want to lose weight for the last time so that we don't eat when we don't want to (not honoring our own boundaries) AND so that we don't eat to soothe feelings that could have been handled with a boundary being set.

PLUS our goal here at the YUM MUM is to FREE the moms and ironically we can't be free without some boundaries in place.
