You Can Believe Whatever You Want

Your brain will want to offer that you don't know the answers like it is fact. But the real fact is you always know the answer and if you truly don't, you always know how to figure it out.


When you believe that you do not know something, you will feel confused and a confused you will always stay stagnant and overwhelmed, a confused brain and a confused you never loses weight for the last time.


Here is an example: Your brain says, “I don't know what I am going to do about all the food at Thanksgiving.” You agree, yeah it is going to be a lot. Then you feel overwhelmed and confused. Then you go to Thanksgiving and because you are confused you eat all the things, feel like ass, and then do the same thing on Black Friday and so on and so forth.


But WHAT IF? Your brain says, “I don't know what I am going to do about all the food at Thanksgiving.” And instead of agreeing, you said to your brain "Of course we know what to do about all the food. Here is our plan: we are going to have one plate of whatever we want and one small slice of pie and that's it. We are not going to pick at the craisins while we cook or get seconds or thirds or shove the whipped cream in our mouths straight from the container. One plate, one piece. See brain? We know exactly how to have thanksgiving and really enjoy it and feel our best and get the results we want. We always know exactly what to do. Always.”


Can you feel the difference?


A brain and a YOU that believes she knows the answers is empowered and confident and can take action towards her goals. You must start practicing believing that you DO know, if you want to lose weight for the last time.


You can keep believing you don't know or you can start believing you do know. You can believe whatever you want. Choose wisely.
