Using food to soothe

Feeling your feelings won't kill you. But using food to escape them, numb them, or avoid them, might.

I know it sounds dramatic but it is true.


Using food to solve for shame, loneliness, fear or fill in the blank is the opposite of being ALIVE. It is a slow painful way to die.


AND if you are using food to soothe or comfort, THAT IS NORMAL!!!


There is NOTHING wrong with you!! AND you can change this if you want to be ALIVE, PRESENT and FREE.

Not to mention get and stay at your dream weight!
