When You Are 85

Have you seen those memes or those reels or those posts that are like…

“you better appreciate your body now because when you’re 85 you’ll wish you appreciated your body”

I get it..... BUTTTTTT.... NO.

If you want to change your body now (and you don’t), you’ll be 85 wanting to change your body!

You won't be 85 and be focused on wishing you appreciated your body back then, you'll be focused on wishing you changed your body back then AND you'll be focused on not loving your current body and then next diet you are going to do. At 85.

Your predominant thoughts at 85 will be the SAME predominant thoughts that you have NOW, unless of course, you actually heal your body and food drama at the root (which includes us changing your mindset AKA your thoughts!).

Nothing is just going to just magically change because you got older!

So if your predominant thoughts are about wanting to change your body and life and lose weight for the last time, let’s fucking do it.

The best part is, in order to lose weight for the last time you will have to learn the skill of unconditional self and body LOVE, acceptance and appreciation.

Because we all know you can’t hate yourself thin.

So let’s do BOTH - let's lose weight for the last time and love ourselves.

Then when we are 85 we will just be rocking our bodies, wrinkles folds and all, loving our lives and thanking our past selves for putting in the work so that our future could be the amazing future it all unfolded to be.

Come get your life. Your weight can't wait any longer. It is time to be done.

Your 85 year old self is begging you to say YES. (So is your future self in 6 months!!!)
