Day One: Crafting a Plan You Love

Who says a weight loss plan has to be a drag? On day one, we're all about creating a plan that fits you like a glove. I’ll be throwing in suggestions and recommendations to help you come up with a plan that not only works but also feels doable. Say goodbye to those extreme diets and hello to a plan that fills you with joy.

Day Two: Finding Your Why

I'm going to teach you how to actually want to follow through on your plan. You’ll learn how to create reasons that are stronger than the urge for the cupcake at 9:00 PM. Your “why” has to be more robust than the cupcake–and I'll teach you how to want to lose weight for the last time.

There's tons of reasons why you want to do that. We're going to outline those so that you have ammunition when the cupcake (or whatever food) rears its head at 9:00 PM. 

Day Three: Becoming a Discipline Pro

When push comes to shove, and you want the cupcake so badly that you say ‘Screw this, I don't actually want to lose weight, I just want this cupcake. I'll just start tomorrow’, you’ll find out how to actually commit and be disciplined.

We’re going to learn a concept in depth called “allow power”, which will help you in those moments. A lot of you are relying on willpower, but willpower doesn't work because it runs out. It's not a renewable resource, especially if you have a full plate, and especially if you have to exercise patience throughout the day with your boss or your kids (or both!). 

You're pulling from the same container of willpower when you say no to the cookie at 2:00 PM and when you don't email your boss back with an aggressive reply! Eventually, it runs out and usually means you end up making choices that don’t serve you well.
