Before she joined, she knew she wanted to drop her post-pregnancy weight, but life was already bonkers with a newborn (she has 3 kids, after all!). Then add weight loss goals on top of it? It seemed like way too much to commit to.

Emma had made so many attempts at weight loss over the years, she could tell you exactly how many calories are in a banana, but no approach seemed to work. They definitely didn’t last. She was doubtful anything ever would. She didn’t know what else was left that she hadn’t already tried.
