Seems harmless enough on the surface, right? It might even seem like a fact. But the reality is it’s a sentence in Carolyn’s brain creating the feeling that she’s incapable of weight loss. And what does Carolyn (or any of us) want to do when she feels incapable? Give up.
We broke down exactly how our thoughts create our actions which then create our RESULTS. To get the results we want, we talked about using thoughts that DO serve us instead of ones that DON’T – no criticism or toxic positivity needed.
