We are told restriction is bad. That we shouldn't do it. That we should be able to eat what we want when we want without any negative consequences. So then we don't restrict. But where does that leave us? Well feeling like sh*t for one. We also end up gaining weight, becoming more unhealthy and having little to no energy.
