  18. Hiring a trainer. So many trainers.

  19. Running a marathon

  20. Working out twice a day

  21. Weird herbs from some online ad

  22. Fruit fasts

  23. Sheer will power

  24. Counting steps

  25. The Skinny Bitch Book

  26. Going vegan

  27. Weight loss challenges with friends

  28. Just plain not eating

  29. Asking the thin friend what she does and doing that

  30. The Tracey Anderson Method

The thing that finally works?

HINT: It isn’t something you DO.

It is something you THINK.

I didn’t lose weight for the last time until I changed my mindset.
