Group Privates:

Get a group of your friends or family together and let's do yoga.  It is a great way to be together, stretch, strengthen and tone.  These sessions are usually held at the beach, a park or at someone’s home.

Pre and Post Natal: 

Congratulations!  Whether you just found out you are having a baby or you just delivered your sweet bundle of joy, yoga can be just what you and your baby needs.  Most mothers to be and new mothers find it extremely balancing, hormonally, energetically and for life in general. Give yourself one hour of ‘me’ time and ultimately both you and your baby win!
